Why we built LenderPrism
Hi, I'm Tony Talamas. For over 20 years, I've worked as a commercial mortgage broker and direct multifamily lender. In that time, I've seen lenders come and go. Underwriting guidelines change. Loan officers switch shops. Many lenders have different appetites from one year to the next—sometimes quarterly.
Keeping track of active lenders and their changing guidelines is time consuming. It pulls you away from what you do best. So I set out to do something completely different. I'm improving the way multifamily and CRE professionals identify lenders.

What LenderPrism is not
LenderPrism is not a loan matching engine. The loan matching feature on other platforms only works if lenders are actively quoting—and that doesn't always happen. When it does, they often become disengaged over time.
Instead, we give you the tools to identify and reach out to lenders directly. It's a bit old school in that sense, but it's still the most productive way to connect with lenders and close deals.
